All renters must be 21+ with a valid driving licence held for at least 1 year. For SUVs, minimum age is 23. Foreign nationals require a valid IDP alongside their passport.
Vehicles may only be used for personal travel on public roads. Commercial use, sub-renting, racing, or off-road driving is strictly prohibited and voids all insurance.
The renter is responsible for all traffic violations, tolls, and fines during the rental period. These charges will be recovered from the registered payment method.
Basic third-party insurance is included. Damage beyond normal wear will be assessed and charged to the renter from the security deposit or separately.
Full-to-full fuel policy applies. Extra kilometres beyond the plan allowance are charged at the per-km rate stated in your booking confirmation.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.

Returning the car before the agreed end date does not qualify for a partial refund on unused days unless agreed in writing at booking.
The refundable security deposit is processed within 24–48 hours of vehicle return, subject to a clean handover with no damage or outstanding charges.
